News & Events: Autism Society 41st National Conference a Success!

Parents, individuals on the spectrum, educators, doctors, bloggers, politicians, Miss Texas, and even a longhorn steer were in attendance at the Autism Society’s 41st National Conference in Dallas last week. In his opening address to a crowd of 1,500, Autism Society President and CEO Lee Grossman called for society to redefine autism in a way that reflects its true meaning as a “Whole Family, Whole Community” condition in order to better serve those affected.
